Receiving a refund

All our mirrors are ordered as bespoke mirrors, therefore, we are unable to accept returns. We will only approve return if an item is found to be faulty or damaged.

In most cases, returns with fault or damages will be inspected and only after so, we can issue you replacement, or refund. Refund will be processed and credited back to the account used for payment within 7-14 days, depending on the bank processing time.

Please note: There is a lead time mentioned on all the products please review that before requesting for cancellation or refund, once the order is placed and committed we cannot offer you a refund unless the item is faulty or damaged.
